Historic preservation of Loving Charity Hall in Martinsburg, Maryland.  Complete renovation and preservation of 20X37 historic community building. Demolition of the front concrete stoop. Grade building to subgrade. Interior rebar and new foundation. New grand staircase entrance & façade.
